SLOWLY SLOWLY!

 

I know I know not much different than yesterday! But I have painted one coat of Farrow and Ball's Matchstick on the sills and the stones. Luckily we had half a tin left from painting the living room walls.

Paul had painted the top part of the portico in it and I decided it would be fine and that I will leave the columns in the natural wood and just seal them, I think seeing the wood grain is an added bonus rather than paint them to match the rest.

Paul did also start on the mansard roof ! The windows for it arrived today, so he can work out sizes etc.

So slowly slowly!
