ANOTHER PROP FOR THE SASHA HOUSE

I was lucky to find this on ebay the other week, just what I had been looking for to go in the living room next to the fire place in the Sasha house.


A lovely comfy armchair, Sophie is showing you how it's the perfect size.


She's just trying it out for comfort and fit! Lovely!

I will make it a new cover to fit in with the look I am after for that room but very please as I have been looking for an armchair for ages.

    That is a very nice comfy looking armchair, I'd like something like that for myself, never mind the dolls!! I think it's perfect for Sophie...please make her a nice cup of tea and pass her a good book....and she'll be set up for the evening!

      She does look very comfy in it! I was going to give her a book but could only find one of the babies board books which she refused to hold in case everyone thought she could not read!!

    What a great find! Lucky you.

    I NEVER seem to find such lovely things on eBay....(Well Kendal! It's probably because you don't bother to search religiously. )
    Can't even trawl through eBay.co.uk now as I used to on a daily basis, as the mind tends to wander and then loose interest after the first few pages!

    Looking forward to seeing your ideas for THE room!

      This appeared on my front page of ebay , so I watched it then bid and lucky for me no one else bid, so It was mine!
      I may have to get Paul to make me a little foot stool but won't mention it yet due to all the work he is doing on the shop fronts :)

    This is a lovely comfy chair- I particularly like the height of the back - I dislike chair that hit the back of my head and always assume the dolls would too1
    What will you recover it in?
    How good this will be in one of your new rooms - I am thinking alongside a fireplace!

      It is a great find. I will probably cover it to match the room setting once I decide where it's going to stay.
      And yes a perfect fireside chair :)

    What a find, well done for persisting, I have done a quick search online and mostly came up with dollshouse sized chairs. I like the cover as it is but I am sure it will look good with a new cover.

      Thanks. The cover is very nice but I will cover it to match the room setting at some stage but knowing how quick I work It will probably be this fabric for several months yet !! :)

      It is indeed amazing what things you never knew you needed until you found them on Ebay!! lol
      and I for one would be much richer if I had never come across that first Sasha on ebay ... :)
