First he decides to sit to the side but slides his tail into the shot !
He checks out Sapphire and what she's up to !
Not impressed he decides to approach the camera and head butt it for attention!
So I tried again later when he gone off on his usual adventures.
This time Paige has joined Sapphire wearing a sand coloured hat.
Joined by Verity wearing a fawn colour hat.
Wearing the Sand hat.
Must now try and dress some of the others in their summer wear!
Fab pictures of the girls Dee! I didn't know you were a cat lover ...I thought you were a dog (westie) lover! Your cat Milo reminds me so much of a chocolate long haired persian we used to have called Cadbury (chocolate- get it ??) I LOVED THE CAT 1 PHOTOGRAPHER 0 COMMENT :) :)
ReplyDeleteWe have two cats Milo, long haired black who believes eveyonr loves him and he should be centre of attention and is nearly as big as the dogs and Saffy a tortoise shell, who runs from strangers and thinks if you are in kitchen, it's because you are going to feed her!The Cats belonged to eldest and youngest daughters but they are no longer living here but the cats are!!!!
Deleteand I must say that it's often Cat 1 me 0... :)
Lovely girls, lovely hats, lovely cat, all in a lovely garden. Mind you, with cats, dogs Sashas, bears, gargoyles and dragons to tend and photograph, not to mention fellow humans to tend, I should think a lovely cup of tea would go down a treat for the lovely photographer. J xx
ReplyDeleteThank you Jenni , it's nice to have someone think a cuppa would be required...It can be a trial between the dogs wanting to walk into shot and the cat believing he is the shot! :)
DeleteGreat pictures despite the intervention by Milo (isn't he just gorgeous!!!) Lovely girls in lovely frocks. So nice to see the sun, too! That redhead is soooooo beautiful! Such a sweet expression. xxx
ReplyDeleteHe is gorgeous and he knows it! Lol
DeleteShould have said both redheads, but it is Verity I find particularly appealing. xxx
ReplyDeleteVerity is Gorgeous too, she gives Milo a run for his money in the looks department !
DeleteLoved Milo's antics and interventions during the outdoor photo shoot....especially the camera head butt!
ReplyDeleteReminds me of one of my sister's five cats who kept inquisitively coming over to us when I was photographing Fritz off-roading on his motorbike on their small-holding for the Sasha World magazine some years ago.
Your girls are looking so fresh and summery in their floral print outfits and summer hats and sandals. Making me feel somewhat guilty though I've told my Brood that the weather is always warmer down south.
What a super spot to have your patio table and chairs/bench plus I noticed the barbecue in the background....which I'm sure was made good use of over the Bank Holiday weekend....(though doubt if it will get used this weekend on account of the change in the weather.)
Cat's can be a delight and a pain (when bringing home other poor animals!) but Milo is a sweetheart who loves people and believes they should there fore all love him!
DeleteI still have all the boys to get into their summer gear and quite a few girl's, it all takes time!
It was just this week that we got the table, bench and chairs out from their winter quarters and of course the weathers changed! But I love using the table for my photo's, such a good height and nice even surface. May even get round to uncovering some of the other garden benches now the sun's started shining!
I meant to ask if Sapphire's twin sister was having a similar new dress but have just unfortunately spotted her up for sale on eBay!!!!.... obviously to help pay for the new Ballet girl that is on the cards to arrive asap.
ReplyDeleteOh dear! I do hope that you are not taking 'a leaf out of' the Ice Queen's book! Twins IMO should never be separated (I sold both my pairs on together!) so isn't there another single, unattached doll there that could fill this space.
Plus we were looking forward to seeing and hearing all about their gardening experiences and plans this year.
Unfortunately Kendal both girl's may be going to new homes! At the moment it's only Violet but Sapphire could possible be off too! although I do love them If I am changing my collection someone or sometwos will have to be adopted and they are the next unless I sell my David and sophie who are another pair that I love...so I do believe the Ice Queen's injected me with her icy finger!and change is a foot...well at hand.?
DeleteLooks like BIG changes are going ahead at the Village then with the earlier English/German 60s dolls being mainly on the cards from now on....well naturally apart from the ruler of the gang, Hattie! SHE could NEVER leave!
ReplyDeleteNo Hattie, Toby and Libby can never go Unlike poor Tate who was such a star on Ronny's blog only to be cast aside for another.
DeleteTate ! Tate !where are you lad...we remember you.. :)
It's so funny how our pets, cats in particular more than dos I think, tend to do this! They get right into the photos as if they really feel that you want them in there somewhere....and yet I bet if you wanted to take Milo's photos, he'd be off like a shot!!
ReplyDeleteGreat dresses, lovely hats and super cat too of course!
Hugs Sharon x
Of course He would scarper if I wanted to take his photo!
DeleteI won't tell Milo you think he is super, if you don't mind, it will only encourage him !:)
