STORM GETS A NEW DRESS....

I was getting ready to do yesterday's post , when the DH picked up Storm and said " She is always in this dress , does she not have any others? "
"Only two " I replied " Oh and one on the way from US "
Well that was to my ears the same as saying "buy her some clothes" ....So of course I went straight to A Passion for Sasha and purchased a dress I had been considering for a while.
Ginny is very quick and it arrived this morning so she is now wearing her new dress.

Despite the wind Storm was very good and stood firm while I took the photo's, luckily Milo was nowhere in sight!

" Look Mum I can pretend to walk like this !" says Storm posing as if she's off for a walk.
"Very  good " praises Mum , Storm is so happy to hear her new mum praise her.

"Thank you Storm " says Mum " now lets get out of this wind. I will get you some milk and a nice chocolate biscuit"
" Do biscuits have chocolate on ?" asks Storm in amazement " I thought they only had little wriggly things that you had to break off before you could eat it ! "
She pauses a moment " What's chocolate ? "

Mum take her in so she can have her first piece of chocolate !"

  1. Love that dress, Dee. Very nice detail on it. Also love Storm!!!She is very sweet, but I wouldn't give her a chocolate biscuit while she is wearing this dress!!! Bound to cause problems. Is she a Goetz Toddler? What vintage??? xxx

    1. Thank you Karin. I wrapped her in a tea towel like a bib while she demolished her first piece of chocolate, so dress was safe!
Yes she is a Gotz, only Gotz producted the toddlers and she is from around 2000.

  2. Gosh! Fancy your husband noticing that Storm was wearing the same dress since she had arrived. He must be very attentive and alert to your Sasha hobby!

Bet that Storm is having the time of her life living in the Sasha Village....meeting other Sashas, new clothes and shoes, real chocolate, and playing out in the garden with TOYS and praise and compliments galore.
    Must seem like Heaven.

    1. Yes he is very observant ! which can be a blessing and a curse ( If you are trying to sneck a new Sasha onto a shelf!)

Storm is settling in well although she does miss Lonely and worry's about her but then being a toddler she forgets and carries on having fun with the others!

  4. These are just 'statements' as I see it (but in the hope of you getting the message and changing your ways towards your remaining toddlers)..... not quite in the category of 'abuse' as yet.

    1. Does she have any toddlers left part from Lonely and the evil Lucas? Oh and maybe little Shelly?
She has probably got them all rubbing down the metal work on the VW without any protective masks and crawling into all those little nooks and crany's on the car and cleaning as they go...

    2. Still got FIVE toddlers Dee...Ugly spud Lonely (!), Little Shelly, Lilibet, Lucas and his brother Jenson who is out welding the Vee Dub as we speak :)

    3. That many ! I see poor Jenson's not the favoured son as he is out doing all the work! I hope you have given him protective clothing and he's not welding with all the sparks burninghis poor little body! :)

  5. LOL you two are completely NUTS!!!
Oh by the way, did I spot little Lonely on the corner yesterday, selling matches!!! I hope I was mistaken, but it certainly looked a bit like her!
That aside, I like Storm's pretty dress, I do like the tan vinyl in lemon and white, it looks so pretty and fresh!
And Storm certainly seems happy to have it!
    Hugs Sharon x

    1. I don't think that could have been Lonely, she was probably changing the oil on the Vee Dub and her chain would not reach all the way to Spain.

And we only eat nuts! If they is on a walNUT whip !! :)
