IN SEARCH OF JAM TARTS

"This " Ollie is saying to his new brother and visiting friends " Is where we'll be eating in the future "
" It looks quite nice but a little chilly!" Answers Trendon Mullins
" That's because it's not officially open yet!"says Ollie " we should not be in here but I wanted you to see our Sasha Village Studio "

" I can see it still needs some work " muses Wolfgang " these walls are very rough and I'm not keen on all those spiders everywhere!"
" Mum says they have come over from Dad's side now her sides lovely and bright and clean! " giggles Ollie
"There are rather a lot!" agrees Trendon Mullins
"I quite like spiders " says Bertie.
"Well mum does not , so she's looking at ways to reduce the amount that seem to be settling in!"
The boys start discussing ways to stop spiders moving in.

They hear a noise and Toby walks in
"What are you going in here? " he demands " You'll be in big trouble if Mum catches you!"
"She's got to catch us first" retorts Ollie " You'd better not tell on us!"
" I don't care what you are doing I have come to find the poisoned Jam tarts!"

"Poisoned !" " Jam " " Tarts !" "Pardon!" say the boys over each other.

" I hope you've not scoffed them all!" says Toby finding the box on the table " Magda won't be happy if they are all gone!"

Toby checks the packet and finds none missing " That good , I'll take them back to Magda "
"Why does she want to eat poisoned Jam tarts ? " asks a stunned Ollie
" Oh she wants a Prince to come kiss her before he kisses Fia !"
"So she's going to poison herself just for that!" says an amazed Trendon " You Brits are nuts!"
"Yep ! Sounds about right!" says Toby picking up the jam tarts and walking out

The boys sit in silence for a moment after he leaves. Then Bertie says " Thank goodness we didn't eat one of those Jam tarts !"
The others all nod in agreement.

" And that is why, my new friends and brother, you should steer clear of Jam tarts " says Wolfgang tapping the cake box in front of him.

" Some cakes can kill you but some will just make you wish for another slice!"

Wolfgang Amadeus Battenberg Owen asks " Any one for cake? "

    1. That's the problem seeing these cakes can make one wish for a larger version :) It's a lovely tiny Prince Remus whose arrived at your door :)

We aim to raise a smile or two , the new studio still needs some finishing and the mass eviction of those sneaky spiders!!

  2. Pleased to see that we are several steps closer to the final move to the new Sasha studio.... in spite of the spiders (though haven't spotted one of those as yet!) and coldness (well, must be as the lads still have their coats or an extra layer on!) ...as there's much more space to house the various rooms required for the story telling.
Love all the little nic-knacks on the table and dresser....just like in real life.
PS. When is that new little white bear going to be properly introduced?

    1. It's going to be a slow process now the winters coming! But I have put a heater in there for when the temperature drops too low. The place is full of spiders hanging off shelves and props, all very fine with small bodies but long legs and many different sizes for now I'll allow then to stay but once it's all sealed up, they'll be evicted!!
There should be a lot more space except for all the props I have !
The little bear will be introduced when this story line is ended which should be soon :)

  3. I'm glad the kids didn't eat any of those poisoned jam tarts, but have to say I could eat a jam tart right now, having seen them in your blog! ;)
How wonderful that young Wolfie has his 'own' cake to share with his brothers and friends!
The only thing I don't like is the thought that we might see spiders in future posts!! ;)

    1. Me too ! Seeing those little cakes can bring on a need for a larger version! lol
That Wolfie cake box was a lucky coincidence ! I have had it since the 2012 festival having bought it and the jam tarts from Catherine French.
Hopefully you would see any spiders ..... :)xxx
