Raven and Winter are still wearing their Karen W dresses because I love how they look in them, so decided that they could change another time.
Raven and Winter have the no navel ,half eye painted style where as Wren has the full paint.
Which is another reason she appealed to me, I did not have one with that eye style in brunette in the village.
Snuggle in a little closer girls, that's better.
So there they are Raven, Wren and Winter my brunette No Navel girls.

ReplyDeleteI have a few examples of the No-Navel two different eye styles. I had always thought that the fuller eye styled was from 1969 and the sketchier from 1970... but was later to learn that it is their fringe styles that actually date them and not their eyes...SO am I right in thinking that Winter and Raven are 1970s dolls and Wren is a 1969?
Thanks Kendal. I do like to name my dolls, although if i've not given them any attention for a while it can take me several hours or a search of the blog to find out what I called them ! That's why I did the cast list page but it's no good if I forget to put them on there!

The girls are 'waving ' back Jane. Kendal is a fountain of Sasha knowledge which is so nice when she fills us in :)
DeleteI tried to get them into cardies but they didn't want to spoil their dresses! Luckily they've been snuggling in with their sisters and brothers so kept warm that way!
She's gorgeous! I'd love to add a No Navel to my Sasha family, but that means I'll have to show some discipline and NOT buy any other lovely dolls that appeal to me...

They are very tempting as you can see! The problem I have is I still buy the other lovely dolls too! I need to be good..
