SUNDAY SUNDAY YES IT'S A SUNNY SUNDAY

 

Oh yes it's a lovely Sunny Sunday here in the east of the united kingdom ! Now I say east but then we live in North Herts ? almost on the door step of London , could be known as the South of the Country but we must be on the edge ( living on it anyway ) because we used to get the London regional news a few years back but then we started getting the East Anglia local news ! No doubt sometime in the future we'll be living in the midlands, then the north until we will suddenly get the local news from the Scottish borders !!

With all this lovely weather, despite it there being a much cooler wind at the end of the week, today the sun's returned unaccompanied by that wind, so it's lovely and warm and the flowers are enjoying it.

I took this photo to use early this morning, when the sun was behind me on the patio and you can see that the photo doesn't show her eyes well , then I took the headline photo late this afternoon , with the sun leaving this side somewhat shaded and got the better photo.

I was taking the second set of photos and realised that I was being watched . . . .

Casper, who , while hiding an empty plastic flower pot, that he is not allowed to have and chew up, had knocked down the cushion, then decided to make himself comfy ! While keeping watch that I didn't spot it! But Lindsey dobbed him in !

Now I keep going back and forward on do I move to the workshop, do I stay in the cabin? Honestly ten years back, I'd have made the decision and been done and dusted by now!   But whatever happens I do have way too much 'stuff' and will need to be hard and go through everything as I said the other Sunday, not that I have done anything about that yet !

Either way, this workshop needs to be re-cleared out ( we stashed stuff over the winter in here,) completely so I can see exactly what space I have, do some plans and then paint the walls and ceiling if I'm moving in.  It's not as bad as it looks, mostly piece's of furniture we need to sell or donate.

I plan on making a start this week on clearing and also sorting. Yes, that is right I did say this week, so please feel free to ask, after next Sunday's post if I don't mention having done anything. . . 

Today's headliner is Elizabeth ( named after our late glorious queen ) She is wearing her new pink floral shorts by the lovely Carol Ann, along with a Ginny T shirt and Rosie Bloom shoes.

So on the doll front, nothing's gone but then I've not really been trying. But I have decided on selling one of my large Roche dolls, so I have finally actually mentioned that fact to some people.

However no dolls have been bought either, but I did buy three pairs of Carol Ann's shorts for the dolls and something for the twins. A teddy or two may have also slipped into my basket, but that I have to blame on my sister Michelle setting off my teddy feelings anew, by showing me her latest bears, she now has over two hundred ! So naturally I started looking and Brussel arrived . . .

Look at that face ! How could I leave him without a home? 

So this week I do intend to actually get some things sorted in the studio and also the workshop, ( I know I type it so like it will happen every time ! ) and get some things on sale. Hopefully I'll find the missing outfit and a pair of long lost vintage Sasha pants !
