POTS AND STRINGS ARE HANDY THINGS

Sapphire is taking some things to Kennelworth to put away until the weather improves.

It's still very windy and showery so no gardening today but some new things that need to be put away in the shed.

Dad has bought the twins some pots which have citronella candles in them, which they will use to keep insects off their crops!and then use them for seeds and a large pot and some string which is always useful.

Sapphire opens the doors to see how much room is left to fit them in!She starts unloading.

She stands back pleased to see everything inside! Oops there is still her wheelbarrow!

Will she have enough room ? she wonders.

Luckily all the gardening's made her quite strong and she manages to get the wheelbarrow in.

Sapphire pushes shut the doors.

Turning round she notices how dark the sky is getting, she'd best run back to the house before the next rain shower , she does not want to get wet!!

  1. Another great post, the girls' potting shed is getting quite full of wonderful things now.....I can hardly wait to see all the lovely flowers and veggies that they grow once the weather improves.
And that was a very thoughtful gift from dad, those candles will come in handy but then the pots can be used afterwards....great thinking Dad!!!
    Hugs Sharon....off to bed! xxx

  5. IF this carries on I can shortly see myself driving out to the local pet shops with a Sasha in hand on the look out for a kennel and then struggling to bring it down with me to the Chat n' Snap to have the dept cut down..... so please, Paul, can you remember to bring your tool box with you.

Such a wonderfully realistic post. Fantastic and to top it all my very favourite 'commenter' has joined in here too! What more could a woman want/ask for? (......Well! I suppose a repaired 'left click' computer key for one! )

  6. My your twins are collecting a lot of stuff for their gardening. I love those wheelbarrows, were they made for AGs ?
I'm trying to think what kind of plants they'll grow - we have alpine strawberries which would be the right size. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with next :)

    1. They are just like everyone who want just the right thing for the job in hand!! :) The wheel barrows are by radio flyer who make the scooter and bikes and trolleys, I don't think especially for AG dolls just for dolls and children in general.
Thanks for tip about alpine strawberries. :)
