  2. Great post Denise. Fab idea too of adding the photo of your three lovely girls.
I too adore Ferrero Rocher chocs.
    Have a wonderful day.
PS to SS. It seems that Walnut Whips are no longer being stocked in our shops up here so I'm now wondering if it's because they have all been snapped and eaten up down there before managing to reach us here.

    1. Oh goodness....I do hope this isn't the beginning of a national Walnut Whip shortage.......
Or Dee has been buying up supplies and is stock piling for when we meet up at the CnS in October!!!

    2. I'd best start getting stocks in , they are very popular ! :)

  3. Ooooh, posh, Dee! An upgrade, eh?

I bought my Mum FRs too. Number one son is coming to stay for 5 days and bringing pressies tonight. Number one daughter sent beeeyootiful flowers. Happy dance would be done if number one husband hadn't stuffed me with a wonderful brunch, so large I will probably not be able to move until tomorrow.

Hope the walnut whip famine isn't because the EU have written another directive about the quantity of something before it can be used in the name. What would you call them? Fluffy-sticky-mouse-like-stuff-in-a-chocolate-volcano-shaped-shell-with-wanuts, perhaps?

Love the piccies. The pram AND Martha are both gorgeous, as are your sweet girls.

Wouldn't it be fun to dress 3 Sashas in the same clothing as your girls and pose them in front of that fab photo? You'd have to have 3 new Sashas to do it, though......

I think Jen's names for chocolate would work wonders.... for people trying to DIET!! You have given up asking by the time you got to the part ..Chocolate Volcano.. :)

  6. Great photos! The pram brings back so many memories of pushing one. Your girls look great, all bundled up in the snow. So many good memories. Hope that you are having a good day full of all the things that you love. Mother's Day in Canada is in May. Many thanks for the memories...Carol

  7. Lovely photo and lovely words Dee, hope all you UK mothers had a super day! It's not Mothers Day here until May, so no chocs for me, walnut whips or otherwise. Am I the only one who doesn't like FR much? If there was nothing else I might eat them, but not first choice by a long shot!
Love the photo of the girls too Dee :) AND that beautiful Golden, one of my fav breed of dogs :) Actually, to be honest, I LOVE all types of dogs :)

The golden is Cassie our first dog , she was joined by Maddie our Jack Russell, then when Cassie passed away, Maddie was joined by Jasper another Golden, then after Maddie passed we got Izzy and Hamish !:)xx

  8. Happy mother's day Dee.
Love the photo of your girls did you take it or a professional photographer?
Hope you enjoyed your chocs. I think it's hard to beat Cadburys although have you noticed recently there are some weird add ons - biscuit pieces etc, they should have stuck with whole nut!

    1. Thanks Rosie. Paul took the photo of the girls over twenty five years ago... time goes so fast..
Cadburys are my favouites, the weird add ons are because they have been bought by an American company who are probably trying to make us buy more but we are too stuck in our ways..remember Marathon ? now Snickers ... why do they have to interfere with things that don't need fixing!! :)
