A LITTLE CHRISTMAS CHEER...

They brighten up a cold winters day.

Thank you Ellen for this wonderful photo.

Have been very busy last few days, working both Friday and this morning and then having family round this weekend.
But I like to put something on the blog for anyone passing by to have a look at, so you may just see a photo now and then while I deal with life! But never fear you may also come across a post or two!!when time allows or the creative mood flows!!

  1. Work can certainly get in the way of giving pleasure to others with your blogging! (Must get a petition together if this is going to prove to be the norm in the future.)
Mind you I have been so busy being out and about that I've not had as much time to actually miss it as much as I would normally do when 'home alone!'

Even my Sasha Brood are complaining that I have been neglecting them of late! Hopefully this will be rectified after this next week after more friends have visited and I can spend some time with them trying on their new clothing gifts.

Red is a lovely and bright and seasonal colour.

    1. I need to work to pay for my Sasha fixes!!! It would be lovely to just sit at home playing Sasha but too much of a good thing and all that!!
I'm sure the brood will be happy when you have finished gadding about enjoying yourself and can pay them attention!! :) But you should enjoy it while you can!

I love red on Sashas and pink and blue and purple and green and yellow and brown and.....

  2. Family is important (so is work) so it isn't surprising you haven't been able to blog in the past few days.

  3. Ellen's girls are always so beautifully dressed and colour coordinated. Love the brunette with the braids.
You carry on doing what you are doing Dee, I must admit to neglecting my Sasha's at this time of year. I would just like to wish you and your family a very happy and healthy new year and I shall look forward to you blogging again in the new year! xxxx

    1. Ellen's girls are indeed always beautifully turned out and should gorgeous girls and boys too! Knowing you are into brunettes at the moment I'd not surprised you've gone straight for the brunette with braids! :) I love them all but the Gotz No navel's are the ones my eyes go to first..lol
Thank you for the New Year wishes and we hope that you and the family also have health and happiness in the coming year 2014.
Hope you enjoy the ramblings next year as a certain little friend of Reuben's seems to have arrived ;)

  4. But don't you just love the way that the Sashas still love you when you've been unable to give them lots of attention? Some of mine were packed up in boxes for months and never even asked where I'd been when I finally got them out. Bless the empty little cavities where there hearts should be, they never moan and are always grateful for every little thing.
Hope you didn't think I was complaining in my comment on a previous edition of news about The Sasha Village, Dee? :0( I just wanted to give Kendal a little competition in Ronny's absence!

    1. Yes they are very happy with whatever time we can spend with them and never complain if they are left wearing the same outfit for months on end while another Sasha's had three changes of clothes!!
No Jenni, I did not think you were complaining :) I like to tell people what I'm up to if I am not posting as much so they know I have not gone into a decline and taken to my bed to moan and whine!!! lol
Glad you were trying to give Kendal some competition she is a very competitive person, ask her former pupils!!!! lol

  5. Ellens Mädchen sehen wunderschön aus - ein bisschen schweizerisch in den rot-weissen outfis, wenn ich das sagen darf... die beiden Mädchen mit den Zöpfen gefallen mir besonders gut!

  9. I like the red skirt/blue yoke on the right - looks like silk,
and the shoes of Boneka are always very elegant.
Thanks for sharing; Ellen and Dee.

Hope you had/have a great time with your family. It's lovely to be together.
(But also exhausting (if this is the right word). After all this I'm thankful for a little time alone :)
