  2. Absolutely brilliant! Priceless! Don't know how your brain can think of these things at this hectic time?

Reminds me of the time that my daughter, when working for Lombard's Finance in Redhill, absailed down from a roof light in a very high ceiling of a huge lecture hall to give a talk (with power point demonstrations) to representatives on the Company's Finance Deals.
Luckily she detached herself from the harness on landing safely so wasn't literally dragged away afterwards by the security guards.

Mossy must think like me and go with the motto....'If at first you don't succeed, try and try again.'
We simply ADORE you Mr. Mossy!

    2. Don't let Mr Mossy know but Father Christmas has just paid me a personal visit on his sleigh at the end of my driveway to put my Christmas Sasha Doll into my stocking.... AND I have a photo to prove it! Bless him! I MUST have been really good this year as she's really gorgeous.

Must be good and get back to the Xmas preparations as one year when I was about seven years old I was not so good after Christmas and he came and took all my Christmas toys away until I had learnt my lesson and stopped fighting with my brother.

How gullible I was then! (Luckily I now know better but I certainly don't want to have this doll taken from me for even a few minutes as she's definitely a 'Kendal-must-have!')

    3. That was good of father Christmas to give you a new Sasha! I bet you cannot wait to open your stocking and see her ! ;)
I thought all your dolls were Kendal must haves!! :)

  3. Oh, Mr Mossy do be careful - if he's been out wassailing he could have imbibed rather a lot of mead - and you know those Vikbears - they turn into berserkers when they are in their cups. As I said to Mrs. Mum on the Wordpress version of your blog yesterday, a Vikbear and a sword at this time of year might be a very dangerous thing!
Darling Mossy, what would we do if he started swinging his broad sword? All your true fans are too far away to rescue you. Only 3 more short hibernates until parcel undoing day. Are the risks you are taking worth it?!

    1. Walter Is a Tea total Vikbear on account of a terrible experience he had as a cub!! we'll say no more!!! But he is handed with that sword, so Mossy needs to be careful that he does not surprise Walter or he could find himself leaking sawdust all over the place..not pretty...

Unfortunately I think Mossy sees it as a challenge to out wit Walter ......

  5. Mossy made my elder girl very amused this morning as she ate her breakfast before getting stuck into holiday homework (the joys of sixth form), both girls were humming mission impossible and laughing at Mossy's attempts to get at his parcel.

  6. LOL, I laughed out loud .... OK I SNORTED!....at Mr Mossy and his absailing down to his parcel....hilarious! Fortunately I'd just watched the Apple ad on tv and was humming along to "He's got the whole world in his hands...." when I read this, so I haven't got the Mission Impossible tune in my head!! We really need to get Christmas over and done with though, so that we can all see what's inside all those lovely parcels!!!!!
