Being the only baby in the house means he is being spoilt and also sometimes is left alone for a few minutes while the others are busy.

Caught in the act! Poppy and her sausage dog, Bratwurst have come across Elton Ron and his hoard of baby socks!
Poppy and Bratwurst take Elton Ron over to the chair despite him wanting to take the socks with him!
I wonder what Poppy's going to do!
Poppy is showing Elton Ron how to knit the socks! I don't hold out for a good finish if Elton Ron helps!and those needles look a little dangerous ! Mind you it would be very handy if he learns to knit socks maybe he could teach me when he gets back!

I think he is too young to start knitting with four? needles!! but would be good if he got the hang of it and could start knitting socks for his brothers and sisters!

DeleteNO baby Sasha in the house Gill? That's rather unusual isn't it? Have you never been tempted? You don't know what you've been missing.....well perhaps you do know now! They are truly dear little tots even if at times, like the one shown above, they can be quite a handful.
ReplyDeleteIt will be a good pair matching exercise when it comes to him having to put the socks back into the storage box.
He's looking very cosy and warm in his new 'draught-proof'outfit with only his sweet little face open to the elements.
His real mummy will be especially pleased if he returns home having learnt to knit little socks for all the Village Clan.....though those double pointed needles look rather dangerous to say the least for such a little soul.

DeleteYes it would appear Gill's got her girls trained to knit socks! Hattie's been trying for years to get her sisters making hats but so far they tell her it's too hard.......it may be just an excuse to save themselves!!!

Thanks Sharon, he is a little darling :) Elton Ron is on a very good sock rate at Gill's! All the babies should be very well off for Socks by the time he returns!
