  1. Heehee! What ARE you like Dee? How did you come up with this one?

I bet your poor doll kids thought they were going for a spin on a teacup waltzer at the fair.

    1. I have been wanting to take her photo in one of these teacups for month's so finally I caved and bought one. It's a plant holder and I do like it's quirkiness!!
How I need to find a space to keep it and it's plant. It reminded me of the fair rides too!

    1. I have been tempted by these teacups for a couple of years , then in the last few month's I wanted to take Storm's photo in one. Finally gave in and bought this, I love it especially this red one! I'm going to use it at least one a month for a photo shoot!
It reminded me of those rides too!

  5. Most amusing! Wonderful idea and beautifully executed. A lovely nightcap!
I too have seen these roundabout teacup rides at fairgrounds and on feast days in our local five towns known as 'The Potteries'..... where until recent years most of the world's china (Royal Douton, Wedgewood, Spode etc) was made.

    1. Thank you Kendal. I love china in all shapes and sizes and when my daughter Lindsey was at Uni in Stoke on Trent, we visited a few of the 'Potteries' to drawl over their china.

  6. Such fun photos! The scale of the teacup is perfect. I'm always looking for items scaled down, now I'll have to keep my eyes open for oversized as well ;)

  7. Thanks Julie. I love small items but sometimes the odd extra large version appeals too! Only problem with that is finding some where for them to go!! :)

  8. Dee I cannot wait to show my kids this pic.
They used to love the teacup merrygoround at the Cheltenham promenade Christmas fair and it brought back lovely memories. Darling photos xxx
