MEETING OF THE W.L.N.N SOCIETY HERTS BRANCH.

Friday we had a meeting of the W.L.N.N society , Herts branch. That's the We Love No Navel's Society in case you have not worked it out.
At the moment we have two members Gill and myself but we are happy to welcome new members.

My girls arrived wearing the official W.L.N.N uniform of Dungarees, vsd if poss, and hooded short coat.
In order from the left is Ashley, Sansa, Agnes, Winter, Raven, Caitlin, Martha and Ginny.

The girls were excited to meet a new member of the group.

Was it these two brownies? No

Was it these two?   No

These two?   no

Then it must be one of these?       Yes !

Soon Gill's girls are joining the others for a group photo.

Mairaed the new member is feeling very shy.

So Ginny swaps places so Mairaed can stand behind.

Yasmin stops hiding behind her fringe.

The other girls are happily waiting.

Everyone look this way! Oh dear we cannot see Ashley.

That's better we can now see all of you.Twelve gorgeous No Navel girls, six blondes, four reds and two brunettes.

Yes a lovely photo of the No navels .

The blondes

the brunettes and the reds.

Mmm I think that one of these brunette's is an imposter ! Yes! That's Jenni in the winter white coat ! Well she did come to see Gill, so she can be a guest of the W.L.N.N. society today.

Hope you enjoyed these photo's of the girls all ready for the cold weather in their cords and coats.

All you non gotz lovers will be pleased to know these are the last photo of the no navels.......for the moment :)

  2. I did not say no more gotz...just no more for a moment.. :) Unfortunately Gill is not a fan of the boys like us, she is down from four boys to just the one! However I may go see if I can get Michelle on board, she loves ALL Sasha's and Gregors not just TRENDON's ! :)

  3. If we get more members we could have a TRENDON gathering at your next CnS (similar to your Toddler meet) to raise funds for charity..we could even auction a Trendon crew member off to raise even more money...
We could have a worldwide Trendon day!!! I am getting carried away now..... but I think I may have found my waif boy...:0

  4. Now what happened to my first input (interference) in the news from The Village?

My boy, Trendon Gregor Greihill-Morgenthaler-Lowcock is found. He has tendon (not Trendon) issues just now, so no piccies until a kindly surgeon has been found. He may also need a teacher to work with him on spelling his name - I do hope he doesn't turn out to be dyslexic, poor lad.

I told my S-i-L about the Trendon name thing and her son has decided it would be a good name for their new baby, if it turns out to be a boy. I'm thinking I may need to find a Gotz boy and name him Gotz, just to help out with naming a second baby if it turns out to be twins....as if I need an excuse to buy Sasha/Gregors!

    1. Forgot to put this in my second bit of interference above - I vow and declare that Dee is GUIILTY of introducing me to another potential addiction and I shall be seeking compensation, as smokers now seek compensation from tobacco companies, if I succumb and buy a NN Gotz.

Lovely dolls, Gill and Dee. Lovely clothes too!

  5. I am loving this possible Trendon name for the new baby...not sure about Gotz though :)
Can't wait to see Tendon...I mean Trendon soon!!

  6. My NINE Frido/Trendon lads, Luke, Matt, Ross, Mike, James, Antony, Jon, Sam, Jac (also have two Gotz boys, Fritz and Niklaus) would like to join the Trendon group and they could all come down to the 2015 CnS meeting as my sister has volunteered to drive me down there and back in a day next year...... the only snag is that her time keeping is rather eractic and therefore might not actually get there before it closes..... so am still debating the offer.
As they have already been named after some of my favourite boyfriends they are all prepared to take the name Trendon as their surname if need be.

My three No-navels would be delighted if I could join in the W.L.N.N. society but we haven't the correct uniform as such (and unfortunately not likely to in the near future) so don't want a repeat of last weeks fiasco when children were being turned away at the school gates and sent home due to not wearing the correct school uniform.
Your girls all look super in theirs though.

(Was delighted to have just spotted five dolls at Gill's who I actually guessed might be her CnS visiting dolls so pleased to say that I was right.especially after this morning's big mistake.of the owner of the horses and riders.)

    1. Ah, but Kendal the (ahem, ahem) twenty three (yes 23!!!!) Gregors living here who are not named Trendon are not eligible for this ever-so exclusive group because they don't have Trendon as a first name. I have had to adopt another nameless lad so that I can boast of having a Gregor son who is a founding member of the group.

To the Too-Many-Dolls police - those 23 boys include my mother's two, my daughter's one Caleb, and a few that were left to me by my friend, Ellie, but fourteen are mine.

I'm an addict and I don't care! My three step programme is dedicated to increasing my boy buying, not to get me to refrain. The Gregors and Gotz boys are a neglected species and I'm their champion - come one come all, little men! But be warned boys, clothing is scarce so you may have to have many pyjama days.

The above count does not include the two early Gotz boys, my three later Gotz boys or my husband's later Gotz boy. So, we need our own shopping malll here in Wales, complete with boys' boutiques that specialise in young men of 16" tall.

    2. Oh how wonderful. 23 Gregors!
The most boys that I have ever reached was 13 two months ago.... but two have been sold on since then, one with NP eyes to fund my daughter's birthday 'do' and the other minty 1968 , my train fare down to the CnS..... plus helping in my latest Sasha Doll numbers downsizing attempt as my bungalow is now rather over-run with these dolls.

I'm sure that some won't mind spending the day in their PJs as we all know that it's great to have a lazy day like that. All this getting dressed and undressed takes up so much time when you can be doing other things instead.

Sorry though to hear that mine aren't eligible not having the Trendon Christian name! Oh well I did try. Would Trendon 1, Trendon 2 etc be acceptable if we re-christened?

    3. There we are, Kendal - Dee just posted the rules and one of your boys could keep an existing name and take Trendon as a middle name.
Shall I confuse Mrs. Mum by asking if a Gotz boy is allowed to be named Trendon? Hee hee.
My Trendon has been chosen but I'm not allowed to reveal him yet - enough to say he is a Trendon Trendon, if you follow my meaning.

  8. Beautiful cords and coats on this gorgeous gathering of girls!!! Twelve is an excellent number for the
No Navel team to start up with and getting running. I have two blondes that would live to join virtually, Hazel and Sarah. They are not dressed properly yet but we will strive to get them outfitted soon. Lovely to see sweet Jenni joining the group and she does stand out in that no navel crowd but in a good way! :) xxx

  9. As I read this post and think of so many boys named Trendon, it kind of reminds me of living here in Spain. If you were to stand in a room full of people and call out Carmen or Marie Carmen, I'm sure you'd be trampled in the stampede as so many females here seem to have that name.....and the boys would be the same with the name Joaquin or maybe Javier!!!!! At least it'd only be a small stampede with the Gregors as they are so small :)
I love all the pretty colours in the outfits of the W.L.N.N. and how nice to see them all together like this! I still would like to have a NN one day in the future but for the time being I will just enjoy everyone else's! :)
    Hugs Sharon xxx

    1. It's funny how some names are just so popular at various times and then can come round again! Yes at least we'd be able to step out the way of this stampede!!
One day an N. N. will win your heart much to the annoyance of a certain Queeny ! :))
      Hugs Dee xx
