Why is it so interesting? well it features Belle my 68 single fringe girl but in a photo not taken my me! So how is this? Did Kendal dash down and visit while I was out at work ? Did she enlist the help of one of the boys? Toby? No his photo would have been of him !
Could it have been James or Robin? two of my lads mature and responsible for their age? mmm
So I checked the picture file on the computer and there back on 23rd of June are some photos not taken by me.
So I'll share what I found ...
This photo , Mm the rose is only a bud...
This one , which was obviously the one used....the colours of the roses against the dress complement each other well.
This one , she's a little lower...
This one , the rose is quite bright
This one, the roses, called A Shropshire Lad are more peachy/apricot .
and this last one with a bright pink Pelargonium , it does spark up the pink in the dress but not maybe as nice as that spray of pink roses chosen.
And not only did Lady K , sneak about getting a gorgeous photo of Belle for my card ...
She also sent me these gorgeous bright pink leather shoes by my favourite Sasha shoemaker Rosie Bloomfield.

DeleteYour re-sized blog photos certainly made my life rather hard this last week when I wanted to use one of your previous blogpost photos of Belle for a large Moonpig birthday card. It kept indicating that there weren't enough pixels.
ReplyDeleteSo decided that there was nothing for it but to phone Paul and ask him to see if there was an original sized one stored on their home computer.
Even this proved difficult as YOU were still at home (and he almost passed the phone over to you but luckily I just managed to stop this and so he quietly promised to get back to me later in the day.
As unfortunately all your photos had been resized Paul, being Paul, took Belle out into the garden when you had gone out and took these wonderful photos and emailed me this selection to chose one from. Bless him.
Nor did life didn't get any easier in my next quest. Having read in one of Denise's recent posts that she favoured 'Bloomfield' sandals for her Sasha Dolls I logged onto Rosie's website to find that all the sandals advertised had already been snapped up. On contacting my old friend Rosie with this disappointment she then sent me some photos of the stock that she had there. No problem choosing here as we all know that Denise likes BRIGHT colours...but never expected her to go out to the PO after arriving home tired from work on Friday and post them out to arrive with Denise actually ON her birthday!
