FLAMING JUNE?

Well it's not flaming here at the moment! Gale force wind and heavy rain for Monday and Tuesday means that no new photo's taken. However It's time to say what this month's photo prize is.... and ..... it's a mystery!!
That's correct, I have not decided what to give away but don't want to rush, so I'll announce the prize in a week, so please get them photo's in by the fifteenth as usual.


Thought I would share this photo I took of the Wisteria last week, it's so lovely when an idea finally come together. I have waited a  good few years for the Wisteria to get to the stage that the flowers could hang through the trellis roof of this walkway.


I know this is an old photo but I thought I would share it again in the hopes some sun will arrive and the wind drop so that the girls and boys can get out into the garden. Although we are still working on garden , hopefully I'll get to take a few new photo's to share soon.

    Unfortunately WE up here are having the very same weather!
    Spurred on by your photos I went over to see how my late mother's Wisteria was doing... BUT forgot to take my camera so that I could show you! Typical!

      Well that's a first! normally your weather is lovely while we are battered from pillar to post! I am pleased to say that today was lovely and warm and sunny!.

      Kendal I cannot believe you did not have a camera on you!! I love seeing photo's of people Wisteria and other plants.:)

      No it's not Wisteria... well I don't think so.... :) Glad you are covering my back , totally forgot about all those with birthdays this month and yes Courtney's is on the 20th !

    I hate to brag ladies but it is continuing to be very hot here......had my swimsuit on every day this week......and it was 36C in the shade at 10.30am this morning, thank goodness for air conditioning eh? ;)
    Love that wisteria though Dee, looks lovely falling through the trellis!
    My birthday this month too....all the BEST people are born in June I have to say ;)

      Brag all you like :) If it ever gets that hot here, I retire in doors , just don't do HOT weather very well at all comes from being a natural blonde fair skinned English Rose... ;) We have air con , it's called a fan ! :)
