DECEMBER 7TH

Finally Granny Fortuna gets back into her shop...

"Still so much to do ! " exclaims Granny between coughs " We will need to work all day to get everything ready to open tomorrow"
" Where should we start? " ask Bruno

"While that Mrs Mum finishes" cough " bring in the furniture and shelving," Cough cough " you can start bring in all the boxes of goodies " coughs Granny

" Are you all right Granny? " Bruno asks worriedly after Granny as another coughing fit.

" I'm Fine " gasps Granny her face red " Just make sure that Mrs Mum sorts out covering up that back wall before she scarpers! "

Bruno heads off to check on Mrs Mum and start bringing in the boxes.

Cough cough cough... cough

" Oh Dear " whispers Granny feeling faint after her last coughing fit...

  1. Poor Granny! I hope it's only dust from tearing down walls that makes her cough. She certainly doesn't want to get ill just when the holiday season starts!

  2. Poor Granny! She really needs to learn to take it easy. Stress can have a bad affect your immune system. A little extra brandy in her eggnog might do the trick!

  4. I'm glad that I'm not having to live at 'yours' with all that dust that must still flying around! I really feel for poor old Granny as she must be living in the 'thick of it' judging by the background.
