Well we are now halfway through the year and in the UK at least still waiting for some decent summer sun! At least today was lovely and bright ! the sun was seen quite a lot but there was a strong breeze all day.

It's that time of the month for the doll shelves

First up we have Karin in Switzerland's girls all outside enjoying some summer sun.

Which in side this beauty is enjoying some me time!

  3. Oh, dear - I missed doll shelf day AGAIN! It is raining, raining and raining, so it can't be summer...or can it?
I hope you had a special day yesterday, Dee. Did the cup of tea and cream cake come your way? Hope so!
    Lots of love,

  4. Ha ha! Just seen Sharon's shelf and think she has the ideal doll storage solution - mine is very similar just now, there's just a lot more of them! I think they pile up like that with the newest kids on the bottom of the heap so that I won't realise that they have brought more new friends home to live here..... nothing to do with me, of course.

  5. Birthday wishes Dee and love the summery themes, especially the swimming costume and the gorgeous girl next to the lighthouse. Sharon's style of doll posing is very similar to mine!

  6. What fabulous dolly shelves! Happy First of the Month Dolly Shelf to everyone. Sharon's shelf made me howl with laughter and cringe for the poor dollies at the same time!

And a belated Happy Birthday to you too Dee!

  8. Now I would just like to state for the record that this is NOT how I normally display my dolls but my son came over from England for the weekend and the cheek of the lad, he wanted to sleep in a bed rather than the sofa!!!!!! Some young people have no respect for poor dollies have they?? 😜 We are at the coast and not at our much bigger home in Sevilla, so space here is at a premium! Don't worry, his bedroom at home is and always will be available to him every time he wants to come home!!!
So the dolls had to be moved in order for me to make him a bed up......so that he could sleep comfortably to the detriment of my vinyl girls and boys! Having said that, they thought it was great fun playing 'sardines' and giggling at my son's snoring! There are almost 30 dolls in that pile!!!!!!

Love everyone else's photos, enjoy your July!!!!

    Xxx
